I have done mr. Sinclair’s final cleans on all of his houses for quite awhile now. Honestly, we at Hembree’s could not be happier working for such a great quality builder that actually has a moral compass. At risk of upsetting some of the other builders I work for (and there is a lot) Mr. Sinclair is the only one that treats us as part of the team and not JUST cleaners. He is extremely respectful, and the ONLY builder I’ve dealt with that no matter how busy he is, he will make time for your for questions, advice and knowledge. Priceless in itself. He returns every call within minutes! I saw the above review, I can say this- I’ve never heard loud music at any of mr. Sinclair’s job sites and I worked on that one. And I have certainly never heard or saw him make enemies anywhere, especially with a neighbor of a job site. Mr. Sinclair is a good man, with a good heart and unmatched talent in the building industry. He has helped me to join organization’s such as the cccia (which he was formally president of) to further my own business. On his own time. I get being upset when houses are being built next to you, I’m sure those ppl’s neighbors went through the same thing. It truly must be hard and I do have empathy for anyone living next to a construction site. Of course it’s hard, but that is part of the natural process of a growing great city that is known for so much. The mr. Sinclair that was spoke of in the above comment, is somebody I never met. Knowing the character of the man, builder, husband, and father that is Matt Sinclair, I have an extremely hard time believing anything from the start of that review until the end could remotely be anything but disgruntled lies due to simply living next to a construction site. Odd thing is, as absolutely gorgeous as this house is and the back pool/bbq/entertainment area alone will probably raise the guy that’s complaining’s Property value. I highly recommend any house that Matt has built, old or new. The quality and attn to detail will blow your mind. Also, the ppl that bought that house are some the nicest ppl I’ve met in my career. Honestly, that guy should be happy.read more
